Available in two colors, this uniform top is ideal for spa or medical/dental professional uniforms. It offers maximum functionality with a two-way zipper, built-in collar, large front pockets, and short sleeves. Easy to maintain with machine wash and hang dry, it retains its original appearance after many washes. Made from a blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, it's wrinkle-resistant.

If for any reason, you need to return part or all of your order, you may do so. Exchanges have no time limit on them. In order to qualify for a refund, you may have the garments in your possession for no more than 7 days, (Shipping days are NOT included in the 7 days) otherwise a credit note will be issued. All products are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Of course, garments must be in original condition--not worn & with tags intact. Embroidered items & clearance items are FINAL sales. All transport charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Collecting return shipments will not be accepted.
